How long does delivery take?
If your item is in stock, delivery could be as soon as a day or up to a week, depending on our available delivery dates and where you live. If a product is not in stock it can take up to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Does The Kids Room offer delivery and installation?
Yes! We have our own delivery team that provides “White Glove Service”.
As a rule of thumb, the delivery and set-up charge is 10% of ticket price. This amount would apply to furniture deliveries within a 20 mile radius of the store location, and, for trampolines, the same percentage would apply to deliveries within a 30 mile radius.
Any deliveries outside of these areas may be subject to additional mileage charges.
Should we bring in our own measurements?
Whether it’s a bedroom set or trampoline, measurements are key. Providing your own measurements will help us in finding the right items for your needs.
Why do some products not have prices?
Within the industry we’ve seen pricing fluctuate all too often. Depending on promotions or market conditions, pricing may go higher or lower. We also run in-stores specials every month that are not advertised online. Just call or come in and we’ll be happy to provide you with complete pricing details on any item.

Is there a catalog of all The Kids Room products?
We currently don’t offer catalogs as printed material is limited and would need to be updated too frequently, but you can still find most items we offer on the website.
Can I buy factory direct?
Our vendors only sell to authorized retailers and not to the general public.
Does The Kids Room offer financing for purchases?
Absolutely! In addition to accepting most major credit cards, The Kids Room offers excellent financing options through Synchrony Bank, including several interest free plans.
What are my payment options?
Credit cards, check and cash are accepted.
Does The Kids Room have Layaway?
Yes! You can put an entire bedroom set on layaway and pay for each piece one by one, if you like. There are no fees for layaway, however, it only applies to our regular inventory and not floor samples or discontinued items.
Does The Kids Room accept COD orders?
We do not accept COD orders.
Does The Kids Room take custom orders?
Yes, we can order custom items but there may be certain limitations. One of our helpful furniture experts can advise you on the details.
Can I get a refund or exchange my furniture?
The Kids Room does not offer refunds on any custom orders, since the nature of a custom order is that it’s been made and delivered to your specifications. That being said, situations can arise where a custom item doesn’t fit quite like you had hoped. If that’s the case, just let us know and we’ll be happy to consider an in-store credit for something similar.
Are there more products not featured on the website?
Our website shows the majority of our available inventory (and we’re always adding more) but it doesn’t represent everything we have to offer. If you come into our showroom, we can show you even more options in-store and in-catalog!
What if my furniture arrives damaged or defective?
Unlike many other furniture stores, we don’t hire sub-contractors for delivery, and our first priority is safety. So, in the rare event that a furniture piece, or trampoline arrives damaged, an employee from our team will visit to assess the damage and determine whether the product can stay at your home while a new one is ordered. If the item is determined to be damaged or defective, a new one will be delivered and the damaged item removed at no additional charge to you.
